By 5pm on 31 December 2013, the licensee must: a) upgrade the polishing lagoon (associated with Licensed Discharge Point 2) and leachate dams (associated with Licensed Discharge Points 1, 3 and 4) so that they meet the specification of Type D Sediment Basins as defined by the publication "Managing Urban Stormwater: Soils and Construction, Volume 1" (Landcom, 2004); and b) provide evidence of compliance with (a) above to the EPA's Central West Office (Bathurst).
